Pros

Benifits are o.k if you can afford to pay $500 deductable for single and $1000 deductable for family on your medical benifts. Vacation time is 2 weeks for new employees up to five years. 48hrs holiday pay and 48hrs unplanned that have to be used in 1 year. If not used can not carry over or get paid out for it.

Cons

Difficult to get promotions. Company continues to cut back on benifits.

Pros

Citigroup had a very structured team system with many managers and teams. You could transfer to another team if the managers agreed. Every team was different. These teams allowed for a lot of professional growth.

Cons

Some of the management used a trickle down approoach with information which was very hard because things were constantly changing. Sometimes different people same positions would have different procedures etc. There was not a lot of consistency in performance because of this issue.
