Pros

Some of the folks are nice and the work can be interesting, at times.

Cons

Citi is a bank that is unsure what it wants to be. Corporate politics are horrible and ethics is a giant, giant issue. There is much chaos these days and I would think twice about joining Citi in the current environment. It’s just a mess (never mind terrible, outdated technology). Employee morale could not be worse - be forewarned.

Pros

Steady Paycheck Decent Benefits Hybrid

Cons

Morale is incredibly low across the entire company. I could be biased because my role has been impacted by the current restructuring taking place where the CEO has stated the company's goal is to lay off 20,000 employees. Not much assistance in finding a new role or being placed in a new department. Feels like the company would rather force you to leave than help you stay with the company. All while the CEO earns $26 million.
