They reduce my pay in the same position same site without any notification also they used to hide my working hours so I used to call payroll department every week to add my hours

good to you for a while until it isn’t

Cons

The management doesn’t care about their workers, if you work there for too long they will fire you. Unless they like you they will keep you for longer but eventually they will get rid of you
