1. Lot of learning opportunities 2. Good salary increment.. So far!! 3. Onsite opportunity .. At least short term 4. Flexible timing 5. Good company culture 6. Friendly peers 7. Approachable seniors

1. Lot of legal hassles/long bond if they file H1 for you 2. Getting leaves is totally dependent on manager.. Some give easily but some create unnecessary issue out of it 3. Things can be a bit more organized but this is expected in any fast growing company 4. Some level of favoritism is there and it is very irritating

Cons

Nothing to learn on projects.. All support deployment and maintenance work only. If you are in the internal function teams don't even think to join, u may he asked to rub the board used by sum1 else and say 'YES' to everything and every1. No transparent appraisal, ur ratings are dictated by few members of 'Inner circle' and not your Manager. Only yes men survive, don't use ur brain/experience. You can be firerd for not being a yesman. You may be asked to work on a diff technology anytime
