      Free Friday Snacks Open Door Policy There were many Pros which were applicable to this company in the past. But now none of them exist any more

      Cons

      No new projects No Work Life balance Expect to work on all Saturdays and Sundays Every day minimum 12 Hours work is expected Comp offs are not given for the week ends people work. No job security No equal opportunity for all Particular community (Gujarati and Jains) are unduelly favored In official environment and meetings where there is cosmo-politan crowd, people speak in Gujarati. Employees' skill set is not matched in the project allocated. Java developers are put on javascript projects, DB developers are put on java projects.

      I joined Citius Tech 7 years back and from last two and half year I have been working from home. Their has been no difference in facilities and compensation provided by the company even though I am working from home. Flexible working hours gives you a good work life balance. Higher management is easily accessible and responsive too. Citius Tech values every effort and innovation put in. Client recognition are always appreciated. For any concern, Management is easily accessible. Good work culture and amazing people to work with. Friendly environment for learning, development and sharing skill set with others. Best Place to work for. Work for CT to believe it.
