Cons
1. Hire and fire policy. If you have or dont have a project, you are on risk. HR can call anytime and just ask you to leave. 2. lot of politics 3. If you are serious about your career and want to learn something, this is Not a place for you. This is recommended for those who just wants to do extra curricular activities and work for few hours a day 4. "Hard work pays" does not suit here. As here only management favourable people get onsite and good appraisal.
