      Pros

      I like the freedom they have provided to freshers as well as experienced people to learn and grow further. The continuous training sessions in the company that we are allowed to attend add on to our knowledge pretty well.

      Cons

      I think that some projects in the company are very hectic and people simply want to leave them. Employees can't find enough time to spend at home. Even saturdays and sundays are busy sometimes.

      Management does care about your career and has an open ear to any problems. Good place for those specializing in .NET. They are growing fast and therefore are looking for lots of employees and have a relatively easy interview process.

      Cons

      They do whatever the client gives them. So depending on your project you might be stuck with some boring work
