      Pros

      1.Work Culture is good. 2.Flat hierarchy is followed across the organization which makes life easy for people working at early stage of carrier. 3.One of the few companies who have specialized and concentrated on Healthcare.

      Cons

      In order to impress the new clients by CitiusTech, some of the projects can give the employees a hell of a time.

      Flexible timings with which we can have a good work/life balance, company has good transport facility, the intranet has huge number of trainings and documents to read, very friendly work culture - team lunch and outings are conducted, you can learn a lot of new and latest technologies, all employees gain rich domain knowledge, lots of internal events conducted
