      Good Top Management Balanced and Flexible work culture Good work-life balance Decent pay cheques compared to Industry standards

      Cons

      Management/Leads not always following company policies but imposing their own mechanisms/whims. Quality Work not always available. Old guards are having a field day, sitting on past laurels but at times don't seem up to scratch. Not very motivating when they are not able to lead by example.
