      Flexibility of timing, compensation is good, Better work life balance, Lots of opportunities in health care domain.

      Cons

      Traveling is very tiring. HR policies are not good. Less number of onsite opportunities.

      Good Bonus & Salary Nice people to work with - very friendly No micro management - they let you do what you want to do Very eventful company, good work by HR Gr8 Cafeteria in Powai office

      Cons

      Dont hire freshers, no new ideas.. Very professional organization in terms of work culture with senior mgmt Too much travel required to US if you have visa, difficult if you have family like me
