      HR is simply great - They take care of each employee concerns Sr. Management has open door policy to listen to your grievances if any Fun place to work.. lots of motivational activities going on all the time Exceptional training provided to employees as and when needed at co's cost Encourages to get certifications (Healthcare related) and education at their cost

      Add more folks in middle management Too much travel

      Flexibility of timing, compensation is good, Better work life balance, Lots of opportunities in health care domain.

      Cons

      Traveling is very tiring. HR policies are not good. Less number of onsite opportunities.
