Free Friday snacks. They provide free training in various technologies.

Cons

You will forget what personal life is, if you get a project in GE. Unrealistic expectations from managers. Architects lack knowledge of the applications. Senior management does not care. Very very difficult to get a project. You will always be pressurized if you do not get a project. Canteen is overcrowded. Sometimes there is a lack of hygeine too. Very poor increment.

I was hired for Hscale project. The work envinronment was the worst in this project. Lot of politics. No work life balance in this project. In short the life was hell.
