      Mostly work from home available.

      Cons

      Draconian policies related to personnel and finance. Horrible back-end support tools. Poor healthcare plans. Management that doesn't understand the US. Training and support only available during India timezone.

      Nothing to expect. Just learn the new Healthcare skills (if you don't have) and proceed further to the next company!

      Cons

      Management gives a feeling like they are almost at the same level of big companies like Infosys, TCS etc.. but in reality they are far away to be at that level. Absolute waste of time here. No projects.
