flexible timing. Reimbursement policy. You get to work on latest technology. Quality work since most of the projects are development project.

Cons

They expect you to work like superman. very tight schedules.

Package is not that good!! Percentage of the hike is minimal, sometimes the HR takes you for granted.

Pros

I was with Citiustech for around 2 years and I must say I was very satisfied with my tenure in CT. The work culture is really good, environment is also very friendly. HR keeps on arranging some fun activities that really gives a break from daily routine. Appraisals are also descent. Above average I must say. If you are really good then they would definitely appreciate you with good compensation/hike. The company is very flexible, offers work from home once a in week.

Cons

Work quality is not satisfactory. The kind of project they have are not challenging at the same time are hardly interesting but thats the case with almost every mid-scale/big organization.
