      Great team members to work with

      Cons

      they send you to end client with almost ending contracts with only 2-4 months left on those contracts and end client has to release you back to them in a short time. you sit on the bench for 2 weeks without another contract, they lay you off! mostly for Indians, they prefer Indians than anyone else! very low compensation

      They pretty much leave you alone to do your job with client company.

      Cons

      Former SDLC portion of Citrius has a large portion of business in 1 company. (which lead to layoffs from Citius when that company cut back)
