Till the time I’m writing this review, this is best of the lot I have worked with. Though It is in conflict with the rating I have given, there are reasons for that. The company is way better compared to other biggies in the IT industry. This stems from the fact that you can see yourself growing among 1000 employee strength than among 100,000 or more. Till the time company was expanding AND an employee put in his hard work, he was rewarded. The company had quality work to the satisfaction of a hungry developer. They never had any support projects and even though they had any, the person was well informed during hiring process where he would be working. But they never put a good developer into a support project. The company was in “all is well” category till the time they sniffed success. Things changed. They were in need of good managers to manage the proceedings. Result? People with average skills but with loyal to company were given the control. Their skills are average to the extent that you would feel pity on the emails they write and wonder, is he my manager? To be concise, I think they made few wrong decisions in middle level management. I must say that, their upper management is top notch. All of them are highly qualified and intellectuals but middle layer is ordinary. And middle level is what we report to and influenced by. The company is heavily dependent on one key client and budget cut impact by the client is difficult to absorb. - Good top level management - Better pay than other players in the industry - Good employee benefits

Amazing Weekend allowances, quarterly budget for project 6. Few of the higher management people that i have interacted with were very down to earth. 7. Open door policy 8. HR, Recruitment team, IT team, Admin team are very supportive and resolve issues at the earliest. 9. Even the security guards are very nice 10. Most of all, you get to learn a lot of stuff as they work on the trending and latest technologies
