      Excellent exposure to healthcare technologies, data models, and compliance frameworks — a great place to build domain expertise. Learning opportunities through CT Academy, internal tech sessions, and support for cloud certifications. Helpful colleagues and senior engineers who share knowledge openly. Work–life balance is good on most projects, and managers are generally flexible with timings and personal needs. Hybrid/remote options available depending on the client.

      Work–life balance varies widely depending on the client; some teams have late-night calls with US clients. Learning is more project-driven; structured mentorship programs could be stronger. Growth and workload depend heavily on your project manager. Some releases can require extra hours.
