Unorganized No honor and dignity for the employee Very low technical data science skills in the company It may be a good temporary stop for a software engineer, but terrible place for a data scientist Be careful about their lies and empty promises in the interview process

The company is client driven, u have to clear client interview to get into project, many people who couldn't clear stay on bench for months, staffing team is worst, will make u join project that doesn't match your skills. Worst part is they will give you job description containing your skill set, make u prepare for interview, evaluate you what u have done so far, then after selection make you work on technologies completely irrelevent to your profile. Too much politics, noone would hear you out, from staffing, managers to senior VPs, will forcefully make you work. The technologies, and code architecture is worst, their applications are not at all secure from injections or cross scripting, and they maitain security by restricting employees keeping phones our of cubicles while working. People and managers working there have no goal or aspirations whatsoever or don't even try to improve the situation, or suggesting clients better solutions, they keep obeying whatever client demands.
