While hiring any new candidate first advice to see and ask from client and project leader regarding your requirement-for what you skills they are looking for the start hiring . Because After selection of candidate and putting them on talent pool and then scheduling for project client interview later candidate comes to know that in your project or client required some different skills .this mismatch skill lead the rejection of candidate and this forces candidate to sit on talent pool and also in short period of time you will ask them get master in new skill. That is very bad
