      Growth was exponential until founders were active

      Cons

      - It is failing miserably on every account - After change of management, employees who spent over decade are taken for granted - Functional teams (Staffing, HR, Recruitment) are screwing up big time and are not held responsible (especially new employees joining these teams)

      Though US registered, still with an India work culture and mindset Not transparent on compensation components and benefits. Need to be very diligent in reading the fine print. If you do not ask they will not tell

      Good employees/leaders left organization. New Management or promoted employees are pathetic. Every year they will say, worst management and will not give you any hike but accounts will grow by more than 30%
