      * I am working at CitiusTech from last 4 years. * They have lost their culture * The company was taken over by Private Equity and they just care about profit * Founders have exit, HR are very rude, they won't even reply to your messages on teams * Very underpaid in US comparatively..

      Its a mid sized healthcare based software company, there are ample learning opportunity. Citiustech also have their own products. Salary is competitive in the market. Overall a fun place to work.

      The work life balance could have been better.
