Office premises and facilities are good. Transportation facilities and canteen meets expectations

Cons

1. Extreme micromanagement. You need to constantly update your status to your team leads, even for lunch and bathroom breaks. You cannot log out even a minute before completing 9 hours even if you're ill. Managers constantly monitor your Skype status. 2. Appraisals are not satisfactory. Your performance does not matter as your progress depends on your manager's temperament 3. HR team is not professional at all. They share your confidential feedback with your manager without consent that impacts appraisals and they rarely listen to employee concerns
