      Great colleagues, lots of opportunity, appropriate salary, easy commission structure, great direct leadership, flexible schedules

      Cons

      While schedules are flexible, long hours are required for in-store branches. Very high pressure sales which I feel leads to some bankers making poor decisions that ultimately give the bank a bad reputation

      Pros

      Strong bank getting stronger. Current management is doing the necessary things to make this a financially sound and profitable bank. If you have a track record of success they work to keep you.

      Cons

      This used to be a FANTASTIC place to work. I realize that the good times ended in 08 but things are looking up and they need to start showing the love more.

      Pros

      Citizens has a good benefit package, everything from 401K to HSA, as well as paid holidays and different Med Ins packages to choose from.

      Cons

      Micro managed to the hilt!!! Goals are ridiculous. If you don't meet your goals, you will not get a raise or incentive of any kind. The company does not take into consideration loyalty, attendance, just plain working hard and being dedicated. Haven't called off once in almost 4 years. Go in early work late. This year was the first time in 2 years I got my 13 cent raise.
