      Pros

      Flexible work schedule, including working remote. Competitive compensation and very good vacation and holiday time.

      Cons

      The organization structure is very hierarchical with many areas siloed with their own processes to follow. This creates a culture with a lot of bureaucracy that makes it very difficult to get work done and leads to a lot of politics which drains productivity and morale.

      Learning the banking system. Getting the opportunity to meet and interact with new customers.

      Cons

      Have to be a part time teller. Old technology. Management often leaves the branches short staffed, which leads to associates not receiving a lunch. Regional managers are unaware of the day to day staffing needs. Regional managers are on a firing spree and are out of touch with associate satisfaction.
