      Not bad if you love sales

      Pros

      Pay is good. Can be a fun environment. Benefits are good. They have contests to win prizes and free lunch at the branch.

      Cons

      They are crazy about selling things to customers. Crazy sales goals, bonuses could be good if you sell, sell, sell! Hours are not that great at times if you work in store. Never can get a whole weekend off unless you request it.

      Pros

      Great vacation/ PTO. Medical insurance is ok and the dental insurance is great. The people in the branches, I've been in several, have been some of the best people I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      Citizens cares only about your next sale. They have gone so far adrift from where they once were it's sickening. Years ago they really did live the Credo of Customer's Colleagues, Community. Now their concern for customer's is what can I sell you. I don't really think they concern themselves with the peons in the branches any longer except to drive them to get more sales. Community is a joke, they simply do things for publicity. Let's not forget the pay, it's a joke if you've worked there for years because baby your maxed out, you get a great review and good score and get nothing. Seriously I'm on the end side of my career, If I was younger I would definitely find a new job and I am sure it would pay better.

      Pros

      Great benefits, stock purchase option and ability to grow. They care about the opinion of us colleagues and actually make changes based upon our feedback.

      Cons

      Turnover is tough, but not different from any other retail sales job. The turnover makes it difficult to have fully staffed regions. Even if your branch is fully staffed there's almost zero chance the region is, in turn makes you cover other branches and shorten your own staff.
