Best reason to work for a particular branch we as a team established a good work relationship and that also includes the customers.

Cons

The downside of working at a particular branch the employees did not have a professional, warm inviting friendly demeanor not one employee.

The company has a good culture and I'm very satisfied with the work/life balance. It's exciting to be a part of a company in growth mode; expanding the footprint.

Cons

The company is so focused on cutting costs and managing expenses due to the IPO that they risk losing the key people. Benefits have been cut across the board, some without any notice to employees.

Lots of locations and hours are flexible. Lots of PTO vacation time given.

Cons

Expected to hit numbers while ALWAYS working understaffed. Favortism is rampant among management--do not expect equal treatment. Customer service is #1 focus on paper but you are expected to sell at every interaction.
