      Pros

      Literally, nothing good to say about this company. It has zero pros and I absolutely regret accepting the position I have with the current regional I have now.

      Cons

      Micromanaged to the max Constantly expected to reach ridiculously sales goals Spread out WAY too thin in the course of one work day The payout incentive is pennies compared to the actual work you have to complete just to get a "payout" Under payed hourly wage Profit & loss system is horrid Managers are nothing more than overly paid surveillance cameras-(basically the middlemen between the bankers and regional)

      Pros

      Since I was attending school during the day I had a flexible schedule they didn't mind if I came in a little late.

      Cons

      Completely unorganized. Management lacks knowledge basically on your own as it comes to questions. There was a high turnover for employees.
