      Ballpark Banking was great, Phillies tickets were a plus, benefits were good, regional managers really listened.

      Cons

      Its not what you know but who, branch level managers are petty and don't really give you the opportunity to practice what you've been trained on.

      Great place to learn the business of banking

      Work is always put ahead of any personal emergency's. Too much moving employe's from location to location. Demanding numbers, that only gives you low payout if you hit them at 100 percent.
