      Pros

      Love the compensation, benefits and Colleagues I work with. There is also room for advancement. College reimbursement, discounts on banking. New colleagues get 18 days of PTO, which is over 3 weeks.

      Cons

      A lot of micromanagement, and paperwork that needs to be completed unnecessarily. In-store hours are not as good as traditional branches. Have to work a lot of open-closes.
