Moved NYC employees to Stamford CT

The NYC office had been a great location, but they moved most of the units to a new building in Stamford.

Cons

The commute to the Stamford CT location was very difficult for local NYC residents.

The vacation time they offered was pretty decent as well as the pay. It has gone down for people who are just starting of course with the way the economy is. They will work very hard however offer over time in many situations.

Cons

the sales culture there is ridiculous. Talk about micro managing to the t. I love banking and dealing with people but the sales of it all has going to be ridiculous.
