      Pros

      Great benefits, decent hours, not labor intensive, good people.

      Cons

      Poor salary, company is riddled with micro-managers, Common sense seems to be lacking, cold call telemarketing, commission structure is flawed.

      - Semi Professional environment - Very helpful staff (generally) - Comparatively decent Pay

      Cons

      - Will not help develop personally, individual development - the focus is on getting the job done - Some people are just there for 7-8 years and they are just there - You wonder HOW AND WHY !! - "IF YOU GET LUCKY" - They will treat a contractor very differently and will keep that distinction - Opinions are formed about you very quickly and they are hard to change

      Pros

      Great benefits, reimburses for education related to banking/business. Offers decent pay and incentives. Can advance in company if you keep up with internal job postings.

      Cons

      High sales pressure. States they care about customer service but unwilling to staff the branches properly (enough tellers and bankers/universal bankers). Does not promote from within as much as they should instead hiring staff from outside the company. This leads to inexperienced people in their roles and lack of caring for their jobs. Branches are not operating at their peak performance in sales, operations, or customer service.
