In store branches are the worse to work at. Hours longer and customers tend to be more difficult which makes working difficult because you are also judged on your ces

Sales goals were crazy! way too much cold calling!

Full time job. They will pay for licensing.

Cons

Horrible management. Horrible organizational structure. Citizens will actively find ways to not get your bonuses paid. Citizens is a terrible company, run by individuals fueled to commit incentive fraud, and to use politics to their advantage. No matter how hard you work, politics can get in your way at Citizens. They do not train you, and they hire anyone off the street, so do not expect to work with smart people.
