There are a lot of really great, talented and committed employees at Citizens. Overall benefits are good. Flexibility is good. No micromanagement. Culture is looked after and well developed.

Cons

I haven't experienced any. My salary is fair for what I do. My benefits and PTO are good. My manager is wonderful.
