I cannot think of one pro.

Cons

The worst bank that I ever worked for. Very toxic management. Rampant favoritism. Extremely unrealistic sales goals. Michigan market is like the wild west, anything goes. The customer is the last thing that they care about. It’s all about doing what’s best for management. Stay away like it’s a nuclear wasteland.

A respectable company to begin a career in banking. The banker position gives you the opportunity to grow and sharpen skills that you'll be able to utilize long term in your career journey. Offers a nice work life balance

Cons

The technology is not as up to date in comparison to competitor banks. There is also not a lot of opportunities outside of the branch
