      Pros

      Pay was competitive. Some people were good took work with and try hard to get it right. Vacation time was generous.

      Cons

      Executive leaders are a mess from the slimy back stabbing type to the wonder boy who brown noses bosses and humiliates others. Other executives pay no attention to their staff and don't support them. Their typical MO is to hack together a strategic plan and when it fails they cut head count to meet numbers and have scape goats.

      Pros

      The branch network is filled with people who genuinely care about their customers and want to provide a positive experience..There are many people who have been with the company for many years.

      Cons

      Corporate is one of the most chaotic, toxic places I've ever worked at. The tyranny of the urgent reigns supreme and priorities change on a daily basis. The technology is outdated and highly problematic. Management makes decisions in a vacuum and expects the minions to march to the working orders.
