Pressure to hit goals from upper management

I worked as an evergreen for couple months before being permanently placed at a branch. Unrealistic goals for some branches. They will set high goals for some branches with little traffic and expect these branches to meet goals by performing magic tricks. Sales are heavily pushed to the point where I've seen bankers getting fired for doing unethical practices just to receive sales credit. If the branch does meet quarterly goal, you would have to wait almost almost the mid to end of the last month in the next quarter for payout. They are also not saying the quite part out loud, and that is they really don't care about the customers, they're all about numbers and if those numbers are new money coming in. My manager in particular requires bankers to do after work events and activities that has nothing to do with Citizens (calls it networking events) and will guilt trip us if we do not attend.
