Hours during busy season (a lot but not as bad as other public accounting firms) No OT or bonuses, all pay is included in base salary

The company work culture is very nice. The training modules and seniors are great. The company organize many cultural programs for employees. It is first year for me but I feel it very comfortable and cohesive atmosphere.
