Cons
- SOME coworkers can be a problem and favoritism affects fair resolution. Seniors can rate you negatively but don't explain to you why. - Due to size of the company, it's easy to be forgotten. You must constantly ask for new work. - Some employees claimed that benefits were very costly (medical). - Depending on your position, you may have periods of no work due to scheduling (sometimes days, sometimes whole months): boredom / anxiety for getting fired.
