Fringe benefits can be better

There are just so many. 1) Management says they listen but will turn down any ideas that cost the firm any money. If it doesn't cost them anything (the employees pay for or bring their own) is usually when it gets approved. 2) The benefits are non existent. Examples below: 2a)There's no match only discretionary match once a year. 2b) There's no bonuses for anyone under manager 2c) Don't expect good raises for doing good work. Each level has a small set "Min-Max" that you can get each year. 2d) The 7.5 hour workday is a gimmick. You won't be working those few hours 90% of the year. 3) HR is nice but they constantly break their own deadlines of when stuff they need to get us stuff but are on us like hawks, send emails everyday about the stuff they need (like time entry).
