Cons

Sometimes working outside is challenging if in a market with colder weather.

Citrin is the definition of a team environment. Everyone is very supportive and reliable, which leads to great results. I enjoy coming to work because the environment is great!

Cons

The only con is that recruiting can be stressful at times but someone on the team is always willing to help you out!
