Pros

Citrin is a great upcoming company that prides itself on promoting from within and providing employee satisfaction. The values that Citrin has is not only embodied in the company culture but in the employees as well. In all a great environment and great place to grow in leadership and receiving support.

Cons

The only con is starting as an entry level position. However, given time and dedication there is plenty of room for growth and career development.
