Pros

There is no such thing as perfection. Citrin does its best to go above and beyond for its employees. The founder and CEO cares for his employees and it shows. He makes sure everyone is taken care of to the best of his availability.

Cons

I wish they’d allow account managers to have some say with who is hired. I believe everyone deserves a chance, however if someone isn’t wanting to learn then why even apply.
