Cons

Long hours, sometimes understaffed, you're almost never gonna make more in tips than your hourly pay

The company loves to promote from within and management genuinely cares about your career development. They do their best to accommodate each individual's schedule.

Cons

As with most service jobs, low volume days make shifts feel much longer.
