Pros

Everyone at Citrin is very kind and supportive to each individual. They truly do want to see you succeed in your work environment, and in life. Even when the times get stressful the managers and leads are there to smooth things out.

Cons

Winter conditions can be tough if you're not properly dressed. Hoodies cannot be worn, but it is strictly stated during orientation.
