Good Place to start a job in the Automotive Industry

Pros

Great for high school and college students to make some great starter money. The best opportunity to break into the automotive industry because you get to meet and work with just about every department and person at the dealership you get assigned to. Great opportunities to grow within the company. I have been here for 2 months and am now up for a promotion!

Cons

You have to deal with the stress of the service department and deal with frustrated customer concerns, frustrated technicians or frustrated service advisors, not a con of Citrin but a warning for those new to working in this field.
