People are friendly, they cut straight to the point and don't beat around the bush. Working for them is excellent and the benefits and opportunities to move up/around are endless.

Pros

Citrin are very flexible with full/part time schedules. You won't have to worry about losing a job because you have school 3-4 days a week and would be able to work only two days of the week. Citrin is very good at making you feel like you belong at the dealership with great people and managers.

Cons

It gets pretty cold in Minnesota especially with the windbreakers that they provide us.
