Citrin is very flexible with hours and availability and that is very nice with being in College and working at the same time.

Cons

Depending on where you are you might have to work a lot of hours but if that doesn't bother you then you have nothing to worry about.

They are very flexible, trying to work around your availability. The People you work with are also very nice and you get to meet a lot of other people while working for different dealerships.

Cons

Sometimes your schedule has to work around others schedule and that can get frustrating. and if the weather is bad, then you're gonna have to deal with it. Hot or Rainy

One of the best jobs I could’ve asked for

Pros

The management within Citrin is easily some of the best around. Going to work didn’t even feel like work. The group this team has pulled together is nothing short of great. The owner of the company, Joel, will take time out of his day to check in on employees of all levels. Nick Cannell taught me more than I could’ve bargained for and it helped me land the job I always wanted. I would encourage anybody to apply here and give it a shot.

Cons

Sometimes it sucks working on the weekends but the management will do their absolute best to get you off the days you need off.
