Citrin creates a great work-life balance! The company is growing at a fast pace but the culture feels like a small company where everyone's voice is heard. There are many career growth opportunities in all fields and you can gain a lot of skills! My knowledge is challenged daily to help push me to succeed in my job responsibilities, as well as growing my skill set to continue to add value to the Citrin organization.

Cons

Due to rapid growth, we work at a fast pace and sometimes procedures are not always established right away. However, we learn from every opportunity and are continuing to grow the Human Resources department to help meet the needs of our associates!

Cons

Having to work in -30 degree weather here in Minneapolis, MN but we made the most of it and had some fun in the snow
