The company culture is truly incredible! The management, HR team and even the President, Joel will all go out of their way to make sure the employees are happy. There are a lot of little perks that are nice such as Amazon gift cards for damage claim raffle winners, Chipotle gift cards for high performers. Also love that they have employee parties. It is a nice chance to get to socialize with other team members and it makes all the employees feel appreciated!

Cons

As others mentioned, it can get quite cold in the winters and hot in the summers. Dress smartly and stay hydrated! While there are a lot of advancement opportunities, sometimes it seems they aren't available as often as they make it seem.

Flexibility with scheduling is outstanding (great for students!). Great at promoting "high-performers" from within the company.

Cons

Ohio weather can be challenging at times! It is hot an humid in the summer time and cold and icy in the winter.

-Working outside is nice in the summers -Very flexible, great if you are in school or have another job. -Some locations offer third shift - Lots of opportunities to grow within the company, as they typically promote within. - Pay is great, and the work load is not too heavy. - Gift cards are handed out for employees whos work hard and stand out.

Cons

-Winters are not as fun as summers, but as long as you layer up you will be fine. -Some locations do not make as much in tips.
