Great students with a great need for caring professor and an amazing staff that handles all auxiliary components of teaching at 100% proficiency.

Cons

Faculty and upper admin are stuck on politics and procedures. Students come in third or fourth place to funding and prestige. Extremely difficult to get tenure if you're not connected, brown-nosed, and/or a whistle blowing sheep.

Coworkers were nice and opportunity for workshops

Cons

Avoid working for the Foundation at all costs. This is as toxic an environment as you will find anywhere. You will be treated horribly by the Foundation director and then told to just quit by HR.
